hm..forum name of Rayea came about cause i couldnt use Raye or Rei at a forum lol, so i added an *a* to the end amd made Rayea.
i tend to use it in most forums now, its easier to remember by and when folks i know move in, they know me from my last forum ^^
char names, hmmm....Galadrei Bowsong, my ranger, well she has flowers in her hair and is a blonde, but i didnt want to be a Galadriel clone ^^ and my friends would know it was me with the rei in the end ^^
Misha Ceruleean, comes partly from my old Soma days, when i had Mishakal, but i shortened it to Misha and used Ceruleean (since Mish was the 'Blue Lady' in dragonlance lol) since we need surnames.
same goes for Lunitari Nitecandle, but i hade to se Nite rather than Night cause i hadent enough spaces...*wish we had 20 characters rather than about 16 or so*
and Pie? which 'Beast' are ye named after? if it was the Linda hamilton one ^^ whats wrong with that? i loved that cute furry goddy-goody and frell, Ron Pearlman is kick ass in other stuff, like Alien resurection ^^ and City of Lost children

Hmm, my name, where did it come from? Oh yea. I was making an account on US West D2, and just came up with it. As for my igns:
Wont Leave Ur Group - Monks kept always leaving my group on my ele, so I figured I would get the message out before I joined their group, even though I left many a group. Like Zxeifer, I deleted this character, but on accident.
Zxeifer Catsohori - Ahh, my old now non-existant e/me. Idk where the first name came from, but I ganked the last name from some guy in Starcraft, cuz I can. I had to delete this char so I could make my monk (4 slots, 1 for my bro, 1 for my sis, 1 for me, 1 for my pvp char).
Is Not My PvP Char - My Pvp character, plain and simple.
Rofl Sauce - The rarely seen mesmer, with which I go to comp arena/tombs and gank myself with illusion of Weakness, just to annoy people and laugh at them. I brought the name from a phrase I use quite often, "Weak Sauce". I got that from some guy when we were losing a match of 6-Way Sunken Defense in Starcraft. Then I figured, hmm its missing something. Lets throw "rofl" on it.

Borrowed the name En Sabah Nur from Marvel Comics (big X-Men fan) for use in the clan Army Of Apocalypse (AOA) I started back in 1997 been using it or a variation of it since. En Sabah Nur (means: The First One) being the TRUE name of The Apocalypse. Variations include: Shukun Keiji (Japanese=Master Apocalypse) , Sono Kan Ichi(Japanese=The First One) & Ensabah Nur(When I forget/forgot what email address I used for GW beta and had to make a new account at release and couldn't use the En Sabah Nur I had already created)
*thinks, "Oh, can Marvel sue me for using the name without financial reward from using it?"

TIM: Yes, I can help you find the Holy Grail.
KNIGHTS: Oh, thank you. Oh...
TIM: To the north there lies a cave-- the cave of Caerbannog-- wherein, carved in mystic runes upon the very living rock, the last words of Olfin Bedwere
of Rheged...
[boom]
...make plain the last resting place of the most Holy Grail.
ARTHUR: Where could we find this cave, O Tim?
TIM: Follow. But! Follow only if ye be men of valour, for the entrance to this cave is guarded by a creature so foul, so cruel that no man yet has fought
with it and lived! Bones of full fifty men lie strewn about its lair. So, brave knights, if you do doubt your courage or your strength, come no further, for
death awaits you all with nasty, big, pointy teeth.
ARTHUR: What an eccentric performance.
That`s where Olfin Bedwere comes from. I just started a Ranger that`s named Olfin the Ninth. I looked in a Thesarus for words that mean Archer and it started rambling on and brought up Sagitarius, which I happen to be, which is the sign of the Archer and the ninth sign in the Zodiac so....
Everywhere else I go by Whaleman which is a college nickname. I drove a blue 1957 Chevy that my friends started calling the Blue Whale.

Well hm....
My name is kinda a combination of PieXags and Snyp3rs stories.
When I started FPSing it (or for that matter, online gaming it) I got Delta Force 2.
Now, I was loading it up all nice and fine and what not and then I got to the online play. I clicked, made my guy, and clicked 'Ok' and it returned an error 'No name in field'.
So there I sat, without a clue of what to do.
Oh sure I could name myself Bob and jump into gameplay, but I too wanted a unique name.
So I did what any rational being does when in such a quandary. I bashed my head against the keyboard to see what came up. Now I don't remember EXACTLY what came up but it was two c's and an n with some letters between the cs and n and then some after that. That was all I needed.
I kept the 'c's and 'n's and filled in the rest. My name for Delta Force 2? Cacon.
So then when I got bored of DF2 I moved on to Ultima Online. Now, I didn't wanna use Cacon, because that would be boring and unoriginal. So what did I do? Knocked off the 'n' and went 'Caco! It's brilliant!'
Caco was a nice mage who burned people alive with a nice Kal Vas Flam and Corp Porage (for those who know what that means, I salute you).
So I'm playing along with Caco, decide "bah, I hate this name" and at that time was reading a very good book called 'The Thieve's Gamble'. Well in it was a character named Shivalyn who was a very powerful mage (and a kick ass character) so I switched over to Shivalyn for a while, then shortened it to Shiv so I could be 'original' (little did I know that Shiv was not only a kickass name, but also had a real life meaning).
Well the day came when we must all move on. I got bored of UO and heard of this hot new game dubbed 'Counter-Strike'. So I jumped in on that.
Played around with it some, shot some Terrorists, then turned around and shot some Counter-Terrorists, then got banned from some servers. Ya know, the usual.
Well I was playing under my spiffy name of Shiv when I thought 'damn, this sucks for an FPS name'.
Now, I'm an avid Coke fan. And just happend to be drinking a Coca-Cola at the time that I was trying to think of a new name.
A brief moment of dyslexia hit me and it skewed the 'o' and the 'a' and then I saw my old name, Caco. Tacked on a Cola part and went 'perfect! Original and it will proclaim my love of Coke everywhere I go! I'm brilliant once again!'
So now I use Caco-Cola for FPSes. And...for some reason I decided to use it for Guild Wars too (because I was tired of using Shiv a'Lynn [I recycle names quite a bit...] as my RPG names).
So there you have it, my slightly long and somewhat boring history of Caco-Cola.
TL;DR Version: God told me to use Caco-Cola and I said 'yes sir!'.

I took Lord Avalon as a tribute to The Avalon Hill Game Company, after they got bought by Hasbro and killed, except for a couple games.
Grew up on their wargames (actual boards & carboard pieces OMG ): PanzerBlitz, Panzer Leader, Arab-Israeli Wars, Squad Leader & many of its expansions, Diplomacy (OK, wood pieces for that), and many others.
I've used it in various e-mail addresses, but didn't think to use it in game, and when I did, someone had taken it.

Well, mines kinda simple (Video Gaming Justice, easy), so I'll go with my GW character's name instead: Chaotic Justice.
This is actually a game title for an RPG I was working on a long time ago. It kinda went nowhere, mostly due to my lack of skill and talent at such things. The 2 lead characters were Justice and Chaos.
Actually, I'll give a cookie to whoever guesses the meaning behind the name of my Healer alternate, Yue Usagi.

I created mine back in summer of 2000, thinking of my second D2 characters name. Saw a whale picture on the net, a DING, came up with Blow_Holez. I use it as my email ([email protected]), all game i play on the internet have it as an account, and other various things that needed naming.
